If like me you are a fan of Japanese designer fashion, brands such as Comme des Garcons, Junya Watanabe, Sacai, Kei Ninamiya..., but your budget doesn't quite stretch to buying new from shops like Dover Street Market, then this guide is for you.
So here are the top places to find previously owned Japanese designer clothing.

Unknown Archive is a market stall within the Brick Lane Vintage Market, specialist in Japanese fashion items by designers sch as Comme des Garcons, Issey Miyake, Junya Watanade and more, with a good selection of both men' s and women's pieces. Located in the basement area, the stall can be a little hard to find amongst the myriad of stalls - look out for the fan logo.

Storm in a Teacup, on Kingsland Road, whilst not specialising in Japanses label does have a few pieces. On a recent visit I found items from Comme des Garcon and Kei Ninomiya.

While the top 3 either specialise in Japanese designers, or hold a significant stock of them, there are other outlets that stock high-end designer items and might have something from Japan.
Nordic Poetry on Bethnal Green Road will have the odd item by Japanese designers, for example I recently found a Comme des Garcons cape in their womenswear section.
